DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

All appointments must be booked through our website booking system, you will be required to read through and agree to our cancellation policy to confirm booking. A deposit is taken to secure your appointment, this amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment or procedure.

All deposits are non refundable. 


RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your appointment is required in order to reschedule or cancel your procedure. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of your booking fee.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the cancellation of your appointment & the forfeit of your booking fee so as not to impede on the next client's appointment time. Please take into account travel time and parking to avoid being late for your appointment.

Booking fee's for appointments are forfeited if the client does not show up to their appointment. In cases where the booking fee has been forfeited, a new deposit will be required to re-book your treatment or procedure. In the case of covid proof of a positive PCR test must be provided in order to have your deposit moved to a date once you have completed isolation.
